Eisenhower matrix
Say what you have to do, in any form, and get it sorted into four boxes: do first, schedule, delegate, drop. Or fill the boxes yourself and drag things around.
Do first
Urgent and important
Schedule
Important, not urgent
Delegate
Urgent, not important
Drop
Not urgent, not important
Save to Recordo adds the Do first and Schedule items as tasks.
How the Eisenhower matrix works
The matrix asks two questions about every task: is it urgent, and is it important? Urgent means a real deadline or consequence is close. Important means it matters for your health, money, work, relationships or goals. The two answers put each task in one of four boxes.
With ADHD everything tends to feel equally urgent, or nothing does until the last minute. Sorting it on a page takes the feeling out of the decision. Do the first box today, give the second box a date, hand off or shrink the third, and let yourself drop the fourth.

From four boxes to one next task
Recordo takes the tasks you kept and shows you one at a time, starting with what matters most, so you do not have to choose again every time you open your list.

What are the four quadrants?
Do first: urgent and important. Schedule: important but not urgent. Delegate: urgent but not important. Drop: neither urgent nor important.
What if everything feels urgent?
Ask what actually happens if it waits until next week. If the honest answer is not much, it is not urgent. The AI sorting applies the same test, and you can drag anything it got wrong to another box.
What if I have nobody to delegate to?
Then read that box as "make it smaller": do a quicker version, batch those items together, or automate them. The point is that they should not get your best hours.
Is my matrix saved?
It stays in this browser, so it is still here when you come back. To keep it on your phone, save it to Recordo: the do first and schedule boxes become tasks.
