Time blindness test
One round, about a minute. Find out how long your minute really lasts when your attention is somewhere else.
How long is your minute?
Move the squirrel with your mouse or finger and catch what falls. Press Stop when you think exactly one minute has passed. No counting.

A game, not a diagnosis. Try it again when you are tired and compare.
What time blindness is, and what this test shows
Time blindness is difficulty feeling time pass. Ten minutes and forty can seem the same from the inside, so you leave late, underestimate tasks and look up to find the evening gone. It is common with ADHD, and it is about perception, not about caring.
The clock in your head works well when you do nothing but count. It drifts when your attention is busy, which is most of real life. That is why this test keeps your hands and eyes occupied: it measures your sense of time the way you actually use it.

Stop guessing where the time went
Recordo puts a timer on the task in front of you and reminds you before things are due, so your plan does not depend on your inner clock.

Is this a diagnosis?
No. It is a short game that shows how your sense of time behaves when you are busy. Tiredness, caffeine and how interesting you found the task all change the result. It cannot tell you whether you have ADHD.
What is a good result?
There is no official cutoff. Stopping within a few seconds of a minute means your inner clock held up under distraction. Stopping far too late means time slipped past you. Stopping far too early means time dragged.
Why did my minute run long?
When your attention is absorbed, your brain registers fewer of the moments it uses to judge time, so less time seems to have passed than really has. It is the same effect that turns five more minutes of scrolling into forty.
What helps with time blindness?
Make time visible instead of trying to feel it: a visual timer, alarms set for when to leave rather than when to arrive, and a time estimate on a task before you start. Recordo does this for your tasks, with reminders and a focus timer.
